Planning Approvals

At last – we didn’t want to tempt fate and set up this page without having the formal approval for what we are doing

A few conditions – but we knew about them a while ago – it was the section 106 mandating use as holiday cottages that took ages to get sorted. (we had to split the buildings from the mortgage – because – whilst income from property is not a business in the system of the government – it is in the eyes of a mortgage company – so no ‘Section 106’ in conditions can be covered under properties on the mortgage deeds.

Anyway – work on the ‘planning’ areas can start now – which will please our builder – as he has been stuck inside and was running out of prep work to complete!
